A look into how we operate
Our operations are split up into three simple steps.
1. Collection

We buy broken glass scrap every day from car dealerships, local glass industries, and construction sites across Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka.
This comes to us in the form of broken sheet glass which can be either laminated, toughened, mirrored, or windshield glass. We are open to collecting broken sheet glass from anybody who has a substantial amount of sheet glass in these locations.
Note: We do not deal with broken glass bottles and kitchenware glass
2. Processing
Once the broken glass has been collected and it arrives at our facility, there is a quality inspection made on the glass, with the removal of unwanted debris, waste materials, and other objects that cannot be among the cullet.
In the case of windshield glass, the rubber material between the glass has to be removed as well.
The glass cullet is then sorted and stored based on color, as manufacturing requires glass to be of the same color and type.
3. Delivery
We deliver to manufacturing units and industries across the country, after which this cullet is used as a raw material in the manufacturing process. Quality is one of our priorities so utmost care is taken to ensure the cullet is free from impurities before being transported to our clients.
And just like that, Terraglass ensures that broken glass is converted into a useful raw material.
